Developed for over two years, SAAS solutions for online sales and customer service/support through a robust live chat solution for SMB and Enterprise businesses. As a Business Development Professional, Terry was employed by BoldChat which was acquired by LogMeIn and was employed by LogMeIn in business development. Built a list of contacts of top 500 ecommerce retailers and used tactical cold calling techniques to make contacts with decision makers. Exceeded sales quota by 412%; Decisively earned clients against market leaders; Earned the business of Rackspace (NASDAQ:RAX) over Live Person with BoldChat’s fully integrated online chat solution which was the largest deal in BoldChat history.
He spent three years for Widemile which was a website optimization startup purchased by web analytics firm, WebTrends. Widemile designs and analytics provided higher click-throughs for eCommerce companies. As the first sale professional, Terry was the National Sales Manager, where he developed pricing, marketing, sales procedures & pipeline and accomplished C-level cold calling & contract negotiations; also created new relationships with businesses of varying scale throughout the country. Here, increased sales from zero to $1million in one year. Subsequently doubled sales each year and provided sales and PM services for the Microsoft business; Created, and established pricing, sales collateral, competitive and market acceptance analysis and trade show strategies; Coached & mentored the team members.
